Power PILATES ( Advanced ) Mat Class

Instructor: Jennifer Christophel - 10 max per class

These mat work classes are based on the Classical Pilates Repertoire and are taught by a Comprehensively Certified Instructor in a small group setting with lots of individual cueing and correction. The classes incorporate the use of small equipment including Balls, Fitness Circles, Flex-Bands and Foam Rollers to increase core awareness and add a bit more fun and variety into each class.This class is not suited for the injured or those needing rehabilitation.

  • Beginner Mat Session - The Pilates mat work emphasizes the abdominals, as well as other stabilizing muscles in the center of the body. The idea is to gain awareness and strength while working from the inside out. The mat work focuses on breathing, concentration, control, centering, precision and flowing movement. It will leave you feeling refreshed and energized!
  • Group PILATES Equipment Classes

    Instructor: Jennifer Christophel - 4 max per class

    Reformer, Tower and/or Chair work with you and 1-4 other clients at similar levels of proficiency. A great way to work on the original, spring loaded Pilates Apparatus at a fraction of the cost!
